We can tell that one parent is not focused on the children when:
  • They spend their time with a paramour or boyfriend/girlfriend over the children.
  • They do not provide for the children [children of opposite sex sharing one room, flip flops in winter, etc]
  • They do not foster a relationship with the other parent.
  • They speak poorly of the other parent to the children
